Bariatric Surgery Financing

In many cases, when insurance does not cover your bariatric procedure, it is possible to obtain financing. Below is a list of finance companies that may provide funding for bariatric procedures. Please note, however, that the Comprehensive Bariatric Center at Providence is not affiliated with, nor do we endorse any of the following finance companies. We simply provide their names and contact information to you as a courtesy.

Extended Payment Plan

Providence is pleased to now offer an extended payment plan for qualified patients interested in having LAP-BAND® surgery. Patients interested in this option will need to contact Melissa Green or Monica Albers at the Bariatric Center for an application.

If approved, the extended payment plan is as follows:

$4,000.00 down payment (due prior to scheduling surgery)

$300.00 per month for 24 months

Total Amount = $11,200.00

Please note that this payment and plan only cover services rendered by Providence Health Center. These services include, but are not limited to pre-operative lab, x-ray, and ABG's as well as pre-operative education, one night stay at Providence Health Center, surgical suite and equipment, support group meetings for one year, and utilization of Providence Pulmonary Rehab facility for one year. This payment and plan does not cover the following (please note that this is not a complete list of all exclusions): surgical fees, anesthesiology, other professional fees including but not limited to pathology, radiology, cardiology, pulmonary, etc.
